WHAT A DAY ☀️☀️☀️☀️
Today Antarctica has shown itself from its very best side 💙
As usual, we’ve been out skiing. It’s a steady climb here at 86 degrees, and we’re now approaching 1,800 meters above sea level — which means we only have 1,000 vertical meters left to go. Christmas, a birthday, and New Year are all coming up, and this year we plan to celebrate all three with a ski tour!
Hope the snow starts falling back home soon too, so everyone gets a white Christmas.
By the way, it’s so warm inside the tent today that Emma might die of overheating — which would be a rather unfortunate cause of death on the coldest continent in the world.
