Today’s weather forecast from weather guru Lars was: whiteout and snow. That didn’t happen — instead, we’ve had yet another fine day here in Antarctica. We had a patch of blue sky above our heads all day, giving us good visibility and great spirits. It snowed a little, but only from the clouds surrounding our little blue patch.

As Roald so nicely put it, luck follows those who are well prepared.

Otherwise, life out here is exactly as it should be. Cozy!

We also crossed 84 degrees today!

**Apologies from the blog manager who forgot Mom’s message in the archive! We’re all eagerly waiting for Day 31 :)
